Nicole believes that life is full of learning opportunities and has raised her children with the philosophy of, “When you give a little, you gain a lot!” Although raising her five girls is a full time job itself, Nicole has also been a business owner, previously worked in the administration office of a new charter school, and for thirteen years she has volunteered her free time working for the Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome Foundation. When she isn’t busy supporting her girls in their various school and leadership activities, creating culinary masterpieces with her husband ,or singing at the top of her lungs with her girls in the kitchen, Nicole enjoys curling up with a good book from her constantly growing library of written treasures. Her biggest weakness is her love of spontaneity which ultimately leads to giggle fits when recalling the many crazy adventures she and her family have shared through their spur of the moment travels.
