When Does the 2010-2011 School Start?

August 13-19, 2010: Orientation
Come
and meet your director, guidance counselor, teachers, peer mentors, and
Parent Organization officers. You will also get your picture taken,
receive your computer, log in and try out a few classes, and
participate in some fun social activities.
August 20, 2010: Student Check-In
Log in to each class and complete an introductory assignment.
August 23, 2010
Classes begin.

Who Can Apply?

We
are a public charter school, so any high school student in the state of
Utah can apply to enroll, according to the schedule below.
2009-2010: 9th grade, 125 students
2010-2011: 9th-10th grades, 250 students
2011-2012: 9th-11th grades, 600 students
2012-2013: 9th-12th grades, 1500 students
What Does It Cost?
The Open High School of Utah is a public high school, so there is no tuition cost to attend.

What Courses Will Be Available in 2010-2011?

During
the 2010-2011 school year the Open High School of Utah will enroll only
9th and 10th graders and will offer the following courses:
