Photo IDs/Picture Week
Parents and Students,
We have arranged for Cory Adams Photography to create our Student Identification cards for the 2009-2010 school year. We are asking parents to supervise students in creating or selecting the head-to-shoulder image that will be used on the ID card. STUDENTS MUST HAVE PHOTO ID TO TAKE STANDARDIZED TESTS NEXT SPRING.
The photo should be a recent image of your student, but how you choose to capture the image is up to you, whether it’s via digital camera, computer cam, etc. Any photos submitted that are indecent or otherwise disrespectful will not be accepted.
Please save your photo in a jpeg format and submit it as an attachment to Nicole.turek@openhighschool.org. The photographer uses image of 300dpi to create the cards, but is able to resize the image if necessary. The email and photo must be sent from a parent or legal guardian email account - no student emails will be accepted. When sending the email and photo attachment, please include “Photo ID” in the subject line and in the body of the email, state your student’s name and validate that the photo attached is a recent image of the named student.
We would like to have these photos submitted by December 1st, so that we can get them mailed out in enough time for students to take their BYU IS exams.
Thank you!
